The 40’s Classic Weekend will unfold at the picturesque Old Coast Road Brewery, at Myalup, on Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12. This celebration of all things 40 Series is set to attract enthusiasts, restorers, adventurers, and nostalgia lovers from all over WA. Whether you’re driving an immaculate FJ40, a battle-worn BJ42, or a rugged HJ47 ute, this is a weekend to swap stories, share builds, and connect over a shared passion.

Trip leaders Stuart ‘Gus’ and Ralph ‘Big Red’—both longtime 40 Series owners and club stalwarts—will host the event, ensuring a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of opportunities for socialising. The brewery grounds will also offer overnight camping, making it easy for visitors to stay close to the action, enjoy local brews, and soak up the 4WD camaraderie.

Attendees can look forward to a Show & Shine Display—showcasing 40 Series vehicles in every condition—from perfectly restored classics to well-used outback rigs; Technical Talks & Vehicle Walkarounds—as long-time owners and restoration experts share insights on modifications, maintenance, and parts sourcing; and Local Food and Brews from Old Coast Road Brewery.
