Kalgans Pool

You must visit Kalgans Pool. If you love having an adventure with friends and family then the journey out to Kalgans is half of the appeal. An easy day trip from Newman, in Western Australia’s Pilbara region or even an overnight camp, Kalgans is a must. The track in is usually pretty well maintained and there are 5 water crossings to experience. A 4WD is a must – if you try this in a 2WD you WILL GET STUCK and more then likely become a meme that mentions The Darwin Awards.
