The Holland Track and Cave Hill Woodlines

Carved from the bush in 1893 by John Holland, the track linked Broome Hill with the eastern goldfields of Coolgardie. Recommended as a 4WD only trip, this 700km journey snakes through an ever changing landscape with new discoveries around almost every corner.

The Cave Hill Woodlines were part of the wood harvesting enterprise supply timber to the Western Australian goldfields and are littered with the remnants of this unique part of our history. Explore monolithic granite outcrops and these early pioneers ingenious water collecting methods.
